  • Sit in a comfortable posture with your spine straight (learn about posture for meditation)

  • Breathe deeply (learn deep breathing)

  • Visualise the night sky. Visualise yourself in space looking at the planet earth, you can see the oceans and land and mountains and some clouds

  • Turn your attention to the stars around the earth, millions of stars, let your attention wander to the edges of the universe

  • Now turn your attention within your body, choose a spot at the centre,  in the area where your heart (body) feel this space in your heart, let yourself fall into this space

  • Having centred yourself in your heart centre, you can look out at the Universe from this place of security and stability

  • Visualise the universe stretching out on all sides of you, feel yourself to be the centre of the universe, visualise the millions of stars and you are at the centre, visualise the edges of the universe, and yet you are at the centre of it all.
