  3. Sense the energy in this network. It is more subtle than the heat energy in your body.

  4. Now focus on a small section, like your hand

  5. Focus on the smallest nerves and seek to sense the energy within them

  6. Follow this thread of energy as it flows out into your body

  7. Be aware within this network of energy in the nerves for 3 or 5 or 10 minutes
