In between Light

  • Appreciation and Observation

  1. Observe the light between things

    • When we are stressed we become narrowly focused

    • We see solid things with ‘heavy’ energies

    • This practice helps us see the light in-between

  2. Look at a tree or other shape, noticing the light around it

  3. Close your eyes and keep the image of what you saw in your minds eye

  4. Remove the shape of objects from your mind’s eye, leaving only light
